A Day in the Life
In 2010, the MiniLuxe founders imagined transforming the experience & conditions of the nail and waxing industry. Their promise to nail designers and estheticians would be a fair, livable wage and the best working conditions.
Our nail technicians are responsible for all nail services in the studio while maintaining MiniLuxe’s standards of hygiene, sterilization and cleanliness. They ensure clients receive the highest level of service quality.
Our estheticians are responsible for all waxing services in the studio while maintaining MiniLuxe’s standards of hygiene, sterilization and cleanliness. They ensure clients receive the highest level of service quality.
Front Desk Associates
Our front desk associates set the tone for exceptional hospitality and help to provide an amazing client experience. They help maintain studio cleanliness, execute our impeccable hygiene standards, while also hosting a fun party atmosphere.
Passionate leaders of culture who drive the client experience, team development and ensure clean standards and consistent operational excellence. The studio management team is accountable for delivering on annual revenue goals.
Customer service associates manage client calls and are often the very first interaction they have with our brand. Customer service associates are responsible for educating clients on our service offerings and ensuring clients can easily book appointments in one of our studios.
The HQ team is comprised of the executive, operations, finance, brand, and human resources teams. The headquarters team develops company strategy and leads and supports studio operations.
