LuxeLoyalty Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to your access to, and participation in, the LuxeLoyalty program operated by MiniLuxe, Inc. (“MiniLuxe”). MiniLuxe reserves the right to change and/or modify LuxeLoyalty and/or all or any portion of these Terms and Conditions or any policy or guideline pertaining to LuxeLoyalty at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.miniluxe.com, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in LuxeLoyalty confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any such changes or modifications. You should review these Terms and Conditions and applicable policies and guidelines regularly to understand the terms and conditions that apply to LuxeLoyalty and keep informed of any changes. By joining LuxeLoyalty you hereby agree to be bound by any such changed terms  

LuxeLoyalty is a way that MiniLuxe recognizes and appreciates its clients for purchasing MiniLuxe’s products and services. Participants of LuxeLoyalty are able to receive a birthday gift, preferred pricing on in studio retail products (while supplies last), and other benefits. LuxeLoyalty benefits have no cash value and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, other products, or gift cards.  


You will be automatically enrolled in LuxeLoyalty when your profile is complete. Enrollment in the program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Employees of MiniLuxe are eligible for enrollment but may be excluded from certain rewards and benefits.  

There are no membership fees to participate in LuxeLoyalty. 


You must provide your LuxeLoyalty account information at the time of a transaction to receive benefits under LuxeLoyalty, including when making an appointment for services. Benefits and discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.  

Your LuxeLoyalty account, and any benefits in connection with such account, including the ability to receive product/service discounts, are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, any other person. 


Without notice to you, MiniLuxe reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate your account and your participation in LuxeLoyalty if MiniLuxe determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or that your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. If your LuxeLoyalty account is terminated for any reason, all discounts and promotions will be void. 

We hope that you will redeem and enjoy the benefits of LuxeLoyalty. MiniLuxe reserves the right to “unregister” and make ineligible for LuxeLoyalty benefits any account that has been inactive for at least one year. Inactive is defined as no rewards, discounts, or minimum spend during a 12 month (or more) trailing period.  

As a participant in this program, you will maintain Loyalty tier status for a minimum of 90 days once entering a new tier level. This validity will be evaluated (based on 12-month trailing spend) at the end of every month. Participants can move to the next tier level up at any point in time; this status will be effective on the following day.  

MiniLuxe reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel LuxeLoyalty at any time in its sole discretion without notice to you. 


LuxeLoyalty is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use LuxeLoyalty under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 


You consent to the receipt of communication from MiniLuxe via e-mail, phone, text message, external websites and any other method of communication MiniLuxe deems appropriate. MiniLuxe and its marketing partners may use these channels to communicate with you regarding requested products or services, LuxeLoyalty account status, changes to LuxeLoyalty, these Terms and Conditions, and other matters MiniLuxe believes may be of interest to you. 


LuxeLoyalty accounts are covered by the MiniLuxe Privacy Policy.
