From our medical-level autoclaving and sterilization Clean Labs to our CDC-recommended disinfection standards & EPA-approved cleaning supplies, our existing studio practices were designed long before COVID to support everyday health and safety. New Client Booking Changes and Protocols

To ensure a touchless, safer in-studio experience we strongly encourage you to schedule your next appointment using our MiniLuxe App.

If you are concerned about COVID exposure, or not feeling well, please cancel or reschedule. Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to your appointment to avoid charges.

You will receive a short screening questionnaire that must be completed before you arrive at the studio.

At this time, guests who are not receiving services are not permitted in the studio.

Please refrain from bringing in outside food & beverages or any unnecessary personal items.

Tipping: We ask that you make best efforts to use the MiniLuxe App, or Venmo, for payment and gratuity (again, to minimize physical contact).

Studio Modifications and Protocols

Social distancing practices will allow us to manage capacity in the waiting area and space out service stations, as dictated by local and CDC guidelines.

Non-contact temperature checks are performed on all team members on a daily basis, & all individuals visiting our studios will be asked for a non-contact infrared temperature check, using an FDA 510k approved thermometer. Individuals with temperatures at 100 degrees Fahrenheit or higher will be asked to reschedule.

Pre and post-service hand washing for at least 20 seconds, per CDC guidelines is required of all team members; clients will be asked to wash their hands prior to service.

New gloves for each service is already our standard practice. Team members will wear gloves and change them between each service.

Wearing masks will be mandated. While we don’t enjoy them, we all need to do our part. Please remember to wear a mask during your entire experience with us and we will do the same.

Plexiglass shields on manicure stations have been installed to respect distancing during your service.

Face shields will be worn with masks for employees performing pedicure and waxing services.

The Clean Lab is where we sterilize all our service tools. As always, all implements will be autoclaved at a medical-grade standard (high temperature & high pressure). All other service materials are intended for one-time disposable use.

Non-essential contact items, including magazines and beverage service, are temporarily suspended.

Continued space & vigilance in implementing all our existing clean service protocols.

Many of these new protocols may feel unusual, or extreme. Still, these new safety features align with CDC standards, and in many cases exceed them. Along with the rest of the world, we will learn as we go and adjust rapidly, if necessary.
