What is MiniLuxe Anywhere?

What are your standards for COVID to ensure my health & safety?

MiniLuxe takes the health and safety of all designers and clients seriously. All Anywhere Designers have been certified by MiniLuxe and will practice the highest level of disinfection and sanitation. 

To ensure designer safety during the service, we are asking all clients to adhere to CDC and state guidelines. If you have recently been ill, in contact with someone who is ill, or traveled out of the area, please do not request a booking within 10 days.

Can I have my services outside?

MiniLuxe offers services intended to be provided indoors. Outdoor requests are accepted by request only, as temperatures significantly affect the products used for nail services.

What is MiniLuxe Anywhere’s service area?

Currently, our booking experience is live for Dallas and Boston. Additionally, we offer Premium At-Home Services and Events in NYC, Tampa, LA, Boston and Dallas. Can I add multiple guests to my appointment?

Yes, you may book up to 3 guests by scrolling down after selecting your services, there will be a section under “Guests” to add your additional guests. This option will allow multiple guests to be serviced by one designer, one after the other. If you and your guests would like to receive your services with multiple designers at the same time, we recommend that you book multiple separate appointments or contact us at anywhere@miniluxe.com to book an event! 

Booking for a group of 4 or more? 

For groups with more than 4 people, we recommend that you contact us at anywhere@miniluxe.com to book an event. We charge $250 per designer per hour (gratuity is included) and have a custom menu of a 20 min Express Manicure and a 10 min Hand Ritual. We also include a complimentary Cuticle Oil Roller Ball Gift for you and your guests. 

Is gratuity included in the price?

Gratuity will be added as an automatic 20% and will be shown when confirming your booking request.  

Can I pay with cash?

MiniLuxe is cashless for service payments, but you may give an additional tip to your designer in cash or by Venmo! 

Do you service acrylics or dip powder?

To maintain our clean standards, we do not remove work with acrylic or hard gel, including dip powder and gel dip powder. We strive to perform all services in a safe and healthy way and only remove light-setting gel polish at this time. We have a healthy gel extension service that may be requested directly by emailing anywhere@miniluxe.com. 

How do I book services for my little one?

Our listed services are for ages 10 and up. You may request services for children under 10 by adding on “Mini-Mani” or “Mini Pedi”. 

What types of polish is offered?

Your vetted designer will carry MiniLuxe 8 Free Pure Polish for signature services, a Hybrid (Fast-dry) Polish, and LED-cured Gel Polish. We suggest to our designers to keep their selections seasonally curated but if there is a specific color you are looking for, be sure to use the messaging feature to let your designer know! 

Do you remove ingrown nails?

Most designers may not address ingrown nails but feel free to message your designer using the messaging feature in the webapp to ask. If you need assistance with one, we recommend consulting with a podiatrist or certified medical nail technician. 

Do you work on nails with fungus?

To properly address nails with fungus we recommend consulting with a podiatrist or a licensed medical nail technician. 

What if there is an issue with my service?

Please contact us within 12 hours of a completed service providing multiple photos of the current state of your nails: anywhere@miniluxe.com. 

 Our customer service team strives to respond to all inquires within 24 hours. For emails sent on Saturday and Sunday, please allow up to 24 hours to receive a response. 

What about parking for my Anywhere Designer?

When booking, we ask that you provide detailed parking information. We will do our best to find free parking.  

Do I receive a receipt upon booking?

We understand things happen and you may need to reschedule your experience! Please let us know ASAP and we will work with you to reschedule. 

We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your reservation. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be refunded 50% of the total amount to the credit card on file. For cancellations without prior notice, we will charge the full-service amount. 

What if my designer has not arrived?

Please allow a 15-minute window from your scheduled start time for your Designer to arrive. While this is not a common occurrence, if your designer has not arrived within 10 minutes of the start time, please send a text to 617-925-7828 and we will respond immediately! 

Do you cater to groups (4 or more, bridal showers, birthdays etc.) or corporate events?

Absolutely! Please contact us at anywhere@miniluxe.com or submit an event request here and we will be happy to assist.  For group events, prices differ based on the size of your group.
