30 seconds – Practice self-affirmation  

When the self-doubt sets in, practice positive affirmations to help challenge and overcome negative thoughts. You’ve got this, and you know it.

2 minutes – Write down your daily and monthly goals 

Setting daily and monthly goals for yourself helps you determine what can realistically be accomplished and gives you the opportunity to prioritize and organize your thoughts. Did you know that studies have found that you are 42% more likely to achieve your goals by consistently writing them down?* It’s time to start now!

5 minutes – Stretch
