RETURN POLICY
We are the pioneers of clean beauty. Clean is our founding principle and is at the core of everything we do. To maintain the highest level of cleanliness, we are unable to accept returns for any products purchased in studio or online. All gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Online orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are submitted.
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at customerservice@miniluxe.com.
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer $5 shipping via UPS SurePost within the contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on purchases over $75. Transit times will vary based on delivery location. Orders can be expected in 2-7 business days. Due to DOT regulations, nail polish and treatments can only be shipped via ground services.
There may be unforeseen delays in processing/shipping times due to Covid-19, we appreciate your patience.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
