At MiniLuxe, we prioritize clean ingredients and a high standard of hygiene for all our products. To ensure the safety and cleanliness of our beauty products, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any products purchased in our studios or online. This applies to both opened and unopened products.
 
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective, we understand your frustration! Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit.

Delivery times can vary depending on your location. For most orders you can expect your package to arrive within 5-10 business days. We'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can track its process.
